Beginning with raw material verification, every stage of the machining process follows strict inspection and process monitoring procedures.
In-process inspections are conducted to verify critical parameters such as outer diameter, bore dimensions, face runout, concentricity, perpendicular, and surface finish using calibrated measuring instruments including bore gauges, vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators. Final inspection ensures all machined components comply with customer drawings, dimensional tolerances, and applicable industry standards.
Quality control is maintained throughout our Conventional Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) operations to ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and machining reliability for large-diameter and heavy-duty components. From raw material inspection to final machining validation, every stage follows defined quality inspection procedures.
Critical parameters such as outer diameter, bore size, concentricity, perpendicularity, face runout, and surface finish are monitored through in-process inspections using calibrated measuring tools including bore gauges, vernier calipers, dial indicators, depth gauges, and precision measuring instruments.
